Job summary

Journey Beyond is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns for the Rail & Touring Division. The role supports multiple brands in creative, website and social content, media partnerships, eDM, collateral and brochure content.

Based in Adelaide with travel as needed, you will collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to drive new customer acquisition, loyalty initiatives and commercial results, contributing to overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• 3 years in a similar role highly desirable.
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry highly desirable.
• Proven success in managing multiple campaigns with digital marketing knowledge (SEM, SEO, Social).

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and management of annual marketing plans and budgets.
• Develop, implement and execute campaigns across media channels (print, digital, social, radio, OOH).
• Manage campaign media bookings and deadlines.
• Identify campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations.
• Contribute to monthly marketing reports and post-campaign analysis.
• Assist with briefs, production and on-shoot management of assets (video, stills).
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all collateral and website content.
• Support development of social media strategy and calendar.
