Job summary

Journey Beyond is seeking a skilled digital writer to craft engaging content for a portfolio of tourism brands in Adelaide. You will manage website content, ensure brand voice consistency, and optimise copy for search visibility and user experience across multiple platforms.

The role focuses on refreshing website copy, CMS updates, and driving guest engagement while collaborating with Digital, Brand, Marketing and Operations teams to support commercial growth.

Qualifications

Two or more years’ experience in digital marketing or content
Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
Experience using a CMS, with Umbraco or Craft desirable
Knowledge of SEO, digital analytics and content optimisation
Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Create and edit engaging, brand-aligned digital content
Manage website updates, publishing and content quality
Improve content for SEO, GEO and online accessibility
Use performance insights to increase engagement and conversion
Partner with teams across our brands and operations
