Job summary

Bridge Housing invites applications for a Housing Manager, Pathways based in Haymarket, NSW. This 12-month fixed-term role supports people seeking social housing with high-quality assessments, housing advice, and access to housing opportunities, grounded in trauma-informed practice and customer-focused service delivery.

You will assess applications, allocate housing, support customers with complex needs, and collaborate with community partners and government agencies to deliver positive outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, homelessness or community services.
• Ability to support customers with complex needs including homelessness or family violence.
• Experience using client management systems such as HOMES or TRIM.

Responsibilities

• Assess applications and match customers with suitable housing products and support services.
• Support customers to access social housing and understand housing options.
• Manage housing allocations and vacancies to enable timely access.
• Collaborate with support services and agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and apply policy for quality and compliance.
