  • Coaching leaders to build capability, strengthen performance and foster safe, inclusive and high-performing teams
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of Bridge Housing's Management Operating System (MOS) and organisational priorities

The role provides both regional leadership for housing services across Western Sydney and organisation-wide oversight of Income Coordination, creating sustainable outcomes for residents, communities and Bridge Housing.

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget management, resource planning and performance reporting
  • Experience leading service improvement, organisational change and cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
