Job summary

Programmed in Australia is seeking a proactive Transport Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join its team. This role coordinates customer service delivery and day-to-day transport activities, working with customers, drivers and depot staff to ensure timely, accurate service.

You will manage bookings, monitor freight movements, and provide admin support while contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport and logistics; understanding of operations and customer service.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with TMS, WMS, MS Office and transport software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries on freight tracking, ETAs, and service requests.
• Manage bookings, account inquiries, complaints and service matters.
• Coordinate communication between customers, drivers, and subcontractors to meet commitments.
• Monitor freight movements and address delays or issues with resolutions.
• Provide administrative support: data entry, records, and office duties.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvements in customer service and daily ops.
