Job summary

Blackbook Executive Pty is seeking an experienced transport planning professional to manage daily transport requirements from order receipt to proof of delivery, using TMS to schedule, allocate and monitor freight movements.

You will coordinate with carriers to ensure capacity, compliance, and on-time performance while maintaining data accuracy and cost efficiency. Strong stakeholder management and communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in scheduling, transport planning or freight operations.
• Knowledge of Australian road transport, carriers, and compliance obligations.
• Experience using TMS or transport planning systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Must hold Australian permanent residency, New Zealand permanent residency or Australian citizenship to be eligible to apply.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on cost and service optimisation.
