Job summary

Adaptalift Group is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator in Seven Hills, NSW. You will coordinate equipment transport across NSW and occasionally support other states, ensuring deliveries and collections occur safely, efficiently and on time.

You will work closely with customers, transport providers and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while keeping transport operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Transport Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong administration skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport operations across NSW/QLD portfolio.
• Schedule daily equipment deliveries and collections.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, transport providers and internal teams.
• Coordinate external transport suppliers and obtain transport quotes.
• Prepare transport documentation and purchase orders.
• Monitor transport schedules and provide delivery updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency and customer service.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our team based in Seven Hills, NSW.

About the Role

As our Transport Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating equipment transport across New South Wales and occasionally supporting other states as required. Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently and on time. Working closely with customers, transport providers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while keeping our transport operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate transport operations across our Queensland and New South Wales portfolio.
• Schedule daily equipment deliveries and collections.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate external transport suppliers and obtain transport quotes.
• Prepare transport documentation and purchase orders.
• Monitor transport schedules and provide delivery updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Transport Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong administration skills.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within transport, logistics or equipment hire industries will be highly regarded.

What's on Offer

• Up to $85,000 + Super, depending on experience.
• 38-hour week, Monday to Friday.
• Rotating roster between 7:00am-3:00pm and 9:00am-5:00pm.
• Work from home up to two days per week after successful completion of probation.
