Complete Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator for their Eastern Creek operation. You will plan and allocate daily and weekly transport, coordinate driver assignments for a 10-truck fleet, and keep customers updated on changes.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing and wholesaling environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar transport planning/allocating role.
Knowledge of health and safety and fatigue management laws.
Ability to communicate with and influence at different levels.
Excellent computer literacy and time management.
Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Plan and allocate daily and weekly transport schedules for a 10 truck fleet.
Coordinate long term orders and keep customers updated on changes.
Monitor production status and ensure timely deliveries.
Manage compliance and report transport KPIs.
Update systems and manage the transport scheduling calendar.

About the Client
Our client is a well-established company based in Eastern Creek. They are a manufacturer of various metal products and they are busy.

They deliver their products all across the country, primarily through their own fleet of trucks and trailers operating under the NHVAS.

About the Role
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join their team.
Your responsibility will be to plan and allocate daily and weekly transport, provide excellent customer service and ensuring that the team and customers are kept up to date with any changes.

This is a busy role and one with regularly changing priorities.

Your new role will include:

Planning and allocating daily and weekly transport schedules and driver allocation for a 10 truck fleet
Coordinating long term orders
Keep customers updated of any changes
Monitoring production status for products due to be delivered
Manage compliance requirements and reporting
Report on transport KPIs highlighting issues and misses
Update and manage information in systems and tools
Maintain transport scheduling calendar
Investigate any process non-conformance

About You

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Dispatch Coordinator who is friendly, personable and has expert skills in juggling multiple priorities and ever changing workflow.

This role will suit a can-do person who enjoys being that go to person and assisting in all areas as needed. It will ideally suit someone who has experience in a similar role.
