Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Transport Administration Officer in Pemulwuy, NSW, to support a busy transport operation. You will act as the first point of contact for drivers and customers while handling documentation and reporting to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, data accuracy, and coordination with operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across transport operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for drivers, customers, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage transport documentation, data entry, reporting, and operational paperwork.
• Maintain site registers and records to support compliance and safety requirements.
• Coordinate visitor sign-in processes and site inductions.
• Support transport teams with scheduling administration and communication updates.
• Monitor and manage pallet control activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with issue resolution.
• Prepare operational reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
