You will plan meetings, prepare presentations, and manage events while ensuring accurate records and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience with end-to-end administration processes.
• Site pallet control experience.
• Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, organise and manage meetings, presentations and events.
• Proven written and oral communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills and numerical/analytical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support and manage end-to-end processes.
• Oversee site pallet control and inventory records.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders daily.
• Plan, organise, and coordinate meetings, presentations, and events.
• Prepare agenda, minutes, action items and follow-ups for management meetings.
