Job summary

Centacare in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join the Transformation Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of extension. You will coordinate complex processes, maintain structured project repositories and support multiple workstreams with discipline and warmth.

The role sits between guidance from Project Managers and taking ownership of documentation, governance and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Coordinator/Officer or similar role.
• Experience supporting projects from planning through to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of project management software and document repositories.
• Experience establishing/maintaining document-control processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers across transformation, technology and process-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, actions, milestones, reports and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and project activities; prepare agendas/minutes.
