Job summary

Vincents Chartered Accountants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of technology and business transformation initiatives. You will transform ideas into actionable plans, manage timelines, budgets and stakeholders, and drive adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Joining as our first dedicated Project Manager on a 12-month contract, you will shape how projects are delivered, build governance, and partner with senior leaders and external providers to ensure

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology and business systems implementations.
• Strong track record managing multiple projects (scope, budgets, timelines, risks).
• Experience developing or improving project management frameworks, governance and reporting.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Prosci are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from conception to delivery, translating needs into actionable plans and managing timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
• Establish governance, reporting and templates to improve consistency and accountability across projects.
• Coordinate internal teams and external providers, ensuring milestones, testing and data migration are aligned.
• Drive change adoption through stakeholder engagement, communication and training to embed new ways of working.
• Partner with Senior Leaders, divisional heads and sponsors to clarify requirements and resolve competing priorities.
