Job summary

Centacare is seeking a Change Communications Advisor to support our Transformation Team on a newly created 12-month fixed-term contract. You will translate complex change initiatives into clear, engaging internal communications that inform, engage and empower staff across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering internal communications for change initiatives.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience creating communication plans and delivering across channels.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint content creation and management.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communication plans to support transformation, new systems and process improvements.
• Translate upcoming changes into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
• Create staff updates, announcements, FAQs, presentations and leadership briefings.
• Write, edit and maintain content across internal channels including SharePoint.
• Support senior leaders with communications that help teams understand and respond to change.
• Tailor communications for frontline staff, support teams and executives.
• Gather feedback and adjust messages to remain relevant.
