Job summary

Centacare Brisbane is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Transformation Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working. You’ll support Project Managers across transformation initiatives, maintain plans and repositories, coordinate meetings, and ensure documentation is current and accessible.

The role emphasizes clear communication, timely follow-ups and ownership as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• Solid project coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and version control practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers across transformation initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, schedules and action registers.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and reporting.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and project documentation.
• Follow up actions and ensure owners meet deadlines.
• Manage project repositories and ensure information is current.
• Apply document-control practices and version control.
