Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a Project Officer - Governance in Melbourne for a 3-month contract. The role focuses on supporting governance, administration and delivery activities within a major digital transformation program.

You will coordinate governance forums, prepare agendas and reports, and ensure documentation is complete across multiple workstreams. Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the delivery of complex projects and programs.
• Strong governance, project coordination or PMO support experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and document management skills.
• Experience preparing reports, correspondence, meeting packs and governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects within a large digital transformation program.
• Prepare and maintain governance documentation, including action registers, status reports and project artefacts.
• Coordinate governance forums, committee meetings and workshops.
• Prepare agendas, meeting packs, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project processes, procedures and documentation.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support across multiple workstreams.
• Track project progress, risks, actions and key milestones.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, access requirements and internal program resources.
• Support reporting and information flow between project teams and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
