Job summary

Defence Health Ltd is seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to shape and deliver our enterprise transformation portfolio. The role partners with senior leaders to prioritise initiatives, govern effectively and realise measurable business outcomes.

You will oversee portfolio performance, benefit realisation and strategic delivery planning while guiding a Portfolio & Reporting Analyst. You will lead planning and governance across the portfolio, drive data-driven investment decisions and

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading portfolios, programs or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience within a transformation office or enterprise PMO is highly regarded.
Strong expertise in portfolio management, prioritisation and investment governance.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, prioritisation and governance of the enterprise transformation portfolio.
Drive investment decisions through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
Establish and enhance portfolio governance, reporting and performance management.
Mobilise six months of strategic initiatives with resource planning.
Coach and develop team members to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Drive new ways of working within the Transformation team and embed best practices.
Contribute to vendor engagement and negotiations to maximise value.
