Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Change and Implementation Officer to support a major transformation program in Sydney. You will lead change management, communications, training, business readiness and implementation activities across multiple workstreams.

You will partner with senior leaders and project teams to prepare the organisation for change, drive adoption of new processes and systems, and ensure sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change management, implementation or business adoption in complex organisations.
• Ability to assess impacts and support stakeholders through change.
• Experience designing and delivering comms, consultation, engagement and training strategies.
• Proficiency in business readiness assessment, risk id and implementation planning.

Key Criteria to be Successful

• Extensive experience delivering change management, implementation or business adoption initiatives within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to assess organisational impacts and support stakeholders through change.
• Experience developing and delivering communication, consultation, engagement and training strategies.
• Strong capability in business readiness assessment, risk identification and implementation planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including preparing communications, briefing materials and training content.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Relevant qualifications or significant equivalent experience in change management, organisational development, communications, learning or a related discipline.

Desirable Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise-wide process, policy, finance or technology transformation programs.
• Familiarity with structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or similar frameworks.
• Experience working within government, public sector or purpose-driven organisations.
• Exposure to complex business transformation, systems implementation or operational improvement programs.
