Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Program Management Office (PMO) Assurance Officer to support the delivery of critical capability programs within a highly secure Federal Government environment.

This role entails coordinating assurance activities, governance reporting, risk oversight and performance monitoring across complex project portfolios, working with project teams and senior stakeholders to ensure capability outcomes are achieved and governance

Qualifications

Experience supporting PMO, governance and portfolio reporting in complex delivery environments.
Strong understanding of governance, assurance, risk management and performance reporting.
Experience conducting assessments and analyses to support project oversight.
Ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate assurance reviews and governance activities across multiple workstreams.
Maintain portfolio risk registers and reporting products.
Assist with assessments of project financial performance and funding utilisation.
Coordinate and support test and evaluation assurance activities.
Prepare executive reports and assurance findings.
Support continuous improvement of assurance and governance practices.
