Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia in Sydney is seeking an experienced transformation leader to drive the Infrastructure & Operations operating model, from strategy through to execution and adoption, in a hybrid work environment.

You will partner with senior executives and IT leadership to design, implement and sustain new operating structures across people, processes and governance, delivering tangible improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale operating model or workforce transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex programs.
• Experience in technology or enterprise environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Infrastructure & Operations operating model.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to provide strategic progress updates.
• Drive adoption through change management and communication strategies.
• Refine artefacts, roadmaps and governance for the future-state model.
