Information Technology (IT) plays a critical role in delivering and supporting the technology capabilities that enable the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) to achieve its strategic objectives. As part of the next phase of our technology transformation journey, the Bank is strengthening the foundations of its technology operating model to enhance service delivery, organisational effectiveness, governance and ways of working. The Operating Model Senior Analyst sits within the IT Workforce Enablement team and reports to the Manager, IT Workforce Enablement. The role will work closely with Operating Model lead (I&O) and Organisational Change Manager who form part of the Operating model Working Group as well as with the People and workforce planning specialists to drive the successful implementation of the future-state operating model.
As the Operating Model Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering key Infrastructure & Operations operating model activities to drive transformation outcomes across people, process, governance and ways of working. You will play a key role in bringing the model to life through practical implementation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, dependencies and enabling successful adoption across the technology function.
