Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking an experienced Operating Model Senior Analyst to drive infrastructure and operations transformation. You will work with the IT Workforce Enablement team and senior stakeholders to deliver artefacts, processes and adoption of a future-state operating model across technology functions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the I&O Working Group, supporting organisational design and workforce transition planning, and ensuring delivery milestones are met

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale operating model and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in technology or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of governance, workforce planning and change activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with business leaders and experts.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to balance best practice with practical delivery.
• Experience partnering with IT, HR and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Infrastructure & Operations operating model artefacts and outputs.
• Coordinate with the Operating Model Working Group on milestones.
• Support creation of artefacts, processes, and workshop design.
• Provide updates on progress, risks and recommendations.
• Contribute to organisational design and workforce transition planning.
• Support change management and adoption of new structures.
• Mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure delivery.
