Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia is undertaking a significant technology infrastructure transformation that will modernise core capabilities and position the Bank for the future. We are seeking an experienced transformation leader to drive delivery of the operating model workstreams and enable adoption across IT.

You will partner with senior executives, business leaders and tech specialists to translate strategy into practical design, governance and workforce changes, delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale operating model programs.
• Experience in organisational design and workforce transformation.
• Strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and change activities.
• Ability to balance strategy with practical delivery in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the Infrastructure & Operations operating model and ensuring delivery of key transformation outputs.
• Partnering with the I&O Working Group to coordinate activities and milestones.
• Enabling business managers and SMEs in artefact creation, process documentation and workshop design.
• Working with the Operating Model Lead to support progress updates and risk management.
• Providing expertise in organisational design and people-related change activities.
• Partnering with People, Culture and workforce planning to support future-state requirements.
• Supporting change management and engagement to embed new structures and ways of working.
• Monitoring progress, managing risks and dependencies, and driving mitigation actions.
