Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a seasoned leader to shape and deliver complex business and IT programs within the Enterprise Strategy and Change portfolio. You will provide strategic direction and own planning and execution of the portfolio's projects.

In this hybrid role you will lead Project Managers, manage performance and career development, and collaborate with peers across practices and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing complex business and IT projects and large programs, including transformation programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership by example with clear purpose and direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and accountability for planning and execution of portfolio projects.
• Line management, performance management and career development of Project Managers within the portfolio, collaborating with peers and external stakeholders.
