PwC Australia is seeking a senior Operations Transformation Manager to lead large-scale programs, drive operating-model design, and shape executive-grade deliverables. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and partner with senior clients to embed data-driven decisions and AI-enabled delivery.

The role emphasizes narrative leadership, stakeholder engagement, and capability development within a growing Energy, Utilities and Mining practice. Flexible arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management consulting, operations transformation, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end process diagnostic engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen including proposal writing and SOW development.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insight and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and commercial performance of large-scale transformation programs.
• Lead diagnostics, insights, and advisory work to inform board decisions.
• Design and implement enterprise operating models aligned with client strategy.
• Develop executive-ready deliverables, board papers, and client presentations.
• Mentor Managers and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making and AI.
• Support business development, proposals, and account growth.
• Set strategy for change management and sustained adoption.
