Job summary

Australian Multicultural Community Services (AMCS) is seeking a experienced project professional to lead an organisation-wide transformation. You will redesign the end-to-end client intake, strengthen lead management, and support future CRM capabilities while engaging stakeholders across Intake, Marketing, Support at Home, ICT and People & Culture.

This part-time, fixed-term role runs until 30 June 2027, offering flexibility to work 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading projects from planning to implementation.
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.
• Experience developing reporting frameworks and governance processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar workflow tools.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive change.
• Experience implementing process improvements in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide transformation to redesign client intake and access to services.
• Drive end-to-end intake model improvements and lead reporting frameworks.
• Define system requirements and support future CRM capabilities.
• Develop structured lead management processes and KPIs.
• Create practical intake tools, templates and staff guides.
• Lead change management and staff training for new practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements.
