Job summary

You will mentor staff, manage training governance, maintain learning resources and coordinate instructor induction, assessments and learner reviews.

Qualifications

• Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs.
• Analyse learning needs and develop training solutions aligned with requirements.
• Provide learning and development advice to support capability objectives.
• Maintain training governance, compliance and QA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs both face-to-face and online.
• Coordinate and deliver instructor/assessor induction training.
• Manage Self-Assessment Reports, audits and corrective actions.
• Guide staff in development and compliance of learning materials and assessments.
• Oversee assessment validation, moderation and records management.
