Job summary

Smart Training & Consulting Group in Cessnock NSW is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high-quality programs across multiple regions. You will build strong stakeholder relationships and provide leadership to trainers and administration staff to achieve superior outcomes.

You will coordinate training calendars, schedules, ensure WHS compliance, monitor enrolments and student progression, and support employers through engagement and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programs within an RTO is a plus.
• Strong administrative and systems capability with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery Coordination: Promote products and services; Coordinate training calendars, timetables and delivery schedules; Ensure training aligns with delivery plans and WHS requirements.
• Coordination & Support of Trainers and Administration: Supervise trainers and administration staff; provide a central point of contact for stakeholders; monitor daily administration processes.
• Student Progress, Outcomes and Support: Monitor enrolments and student progression; identify risks and intervene; collect and review feedback from students.
• Employer & Industry Engagement: Act as a key contact for employers; capture feedback and maintain industry records.
• Compliance, Reporting and Systems: Contribute to RTO compliance reporting; assist with audits; monitor Smart and Skilled claims, invoices and income; deliver training with financial projections.
