Current Training QLD Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised Training Coordinator for our Bald Hills office. This full-time role supports trainers, manages student administration, coordinates resources and ensures smooth delivery of courses and client services.

You will act as a central office contact, handle enrolments and records, and contribute to an efficient training operation in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Current Training QLD Pty Ltd is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO 5768) delivering high-quality training and assessment services within the Civil Construction, Plant Operations and Infrastructure sectors across Queensland.

Due to continued growth and expansion within the business, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Training Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Bald Hills office.

About the Role

As the Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination and administration of training activities across the organisation. You will be responsible for supporting trainers, managing student administration processes, coordinating resources and ensuring an exceptional experience for students and clients from enrolment through to completion.

You will act as a central point of contact within the office and contribute to the efficient operation of training delivery and administration functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for students, clients and visitors, managing inbound phone calls, enquiries and office arrivals professionally
  • Coordinate daily training administration activities to support the successful delivery of courses
  • Utilise our Student Management System (VETtrak) to manage enrolments, student records, attendance and training documentation
  • Prepare training resources, course materials and documentation for Trainers and upcoming courses
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination and administration of training programs and student requirements
  • Process EFTPOS payments both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain accurate student files through scanning, filing, archiving and record management processes
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of training resources, forms and office supplies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and office correspondence
  • Support trainers and management with administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Ensure administrative systems and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently
  • Contribute to a professional, organised and customer-focused office environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Strong administration and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presentation and strong customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude with willingness to assist others and contribute positively to the team
  • Reliability, punctuality and commitment to full-time employment
  • Previous experience in administration, training coordination or customer service roles highly regarded
  • Experience within an RTO environment or knowledge of VETtrak advantageous, but not essential
