Job summary

Pitcher Partners in Melbourne seeks an Assistant Manager, BAA Technical Trainer to drive the professional development of junior staff in audit and accounting. You’ll design engaging content, deliver sessions both face-to-face and online, and support learners with ongoing guidance and resources.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to keep materials current and participate in limited client work to maintain hands-on skills. A strong passion for learning and development is essential.

Qualifications

• Related tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Business or another related field.
• CA/CPA qualified or near completion.
• Passionate about learning and development, helping others and facilitating training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning content focused on audit and accounting fundamentals for junior staff.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions and provide ongoing learner support.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of training materials and update resources.
• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling and materials preparation.
• Gather feedback and implement improvements for training effectiveness.
• Act as a point of contact for learning and development queries and guide learners on pathways.
