Zusammenfassung

Grant Thornton Australia Limited is seeking a National Audit Learning Manager to develop and refresh technical Audit content and deliver national sessions across the practice. The role partners with the Head of Learning—Audit, SME guides and senior stakeholders to translate complex standards into practical training for graduates to partners.

You will travel interstate to GT offices, coach and facilitate sessions, and build engaging materials including digital and live face-to-face learning.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years' external Audit experience.
• Strong working knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
• Ability to translate complex technical Audit concepts into clear training content.
• Experience coaching, facilitating and delivering technical training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop, refresh technical Audit learning content, ensuring materials remain relevant and technically accurate.
• Work with Head of Learning—Audit and subject matter experts to incorporate auditing standards, accounting standards, regulatory developments and Audit methodologies into blended learning programs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical and engaging learning content.
• Facilitate technical learning sessions nationally for Audit professionals across different levels of experience.
• Develop learning materials for both digital learning and live face-to-face learning programs, including presentations, facilitator guides, podcast scripts, videos, practical examples, case studies and supporting resources.
• Support the delivery of onboarding and induction programs for new Audit team members.
• Interstate travel to GT offices across Australia.
