Job summary

Grant Thornton Australia is seeking a National Audit Learning Manager to lead the development and delivery of technical learning across our national Audit practice. You will refresh content, translate complex requirements into practical training, and facilitate engaging learning sessions for staff at Graduate to Partner levels.

You will work with the Head of Learning—Audit and SMEs to incorporate standards, regulatory updates and methodologies into blended programs, including digital and live

Qualifications

• Five years' external Audit experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong working knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical training.
• Experience coaching and facilitating technical training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refresh and maintain technical Audit learning content.
• Incorporate auditing standards and regulatory developments into blended programs.
• Translate complex concepts into clear training materials.
• Deliver national technical learning sessions for Audit teams.
• Create digital and live learning materials.
• Support onboarding and induction programs.
