Qualifications

• CA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 4+ years of audit experience, preferably from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.
• Strong technical audit knowledge with exposure to tax and advisory services.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to write technical letters and reports.
• Strong time management and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan audits and other assurance engagements for mid-market clients (listed entities and large private groups).
• Identify and manage risk on assurance engagements.
• Manage a portfolio of engagements to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and review financial statements under Australian Accounting Standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide value-added services.
• Present at planning and close-out meetings and mentor junior staff.
