Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking a Training Advisor to shape governance and compliance across a major mining operation. You’ll manage training systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and support learning platforms to uplift workforce capability at Cowal Gold Operations in NSW.

You will collaborate with site leaders to embed safety, accuracy and continuous improvement in training records and processes, while exploring development pathways into broader Training, Safety and Compliance leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in training governance, compliance, learning systems or training coordination.
• Exposure to INX/Quartex Intuition, Moodle or similar LMS.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across training governance and competency systems.
• Ensure regulatory and company training requirements are maintained.
• Support and optimise training platforms and LMS.
• Improve training records and compliance processes.
• Partner with site leaders to strengthen workforce capability and compliance outcomes.
• Contribute to a safety-focused culture through effective training governance.
