Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Training Advisor to shape training governance, systems and compliance across a major mining operation in regional NSW. Reporting to the Senior Training Advisor, you will ensure training programs are compliant, accurate and fit for purpose while supporting safe, productive operations.

In this role you’ll drive improvements to training governance, manage platforms such as INX/Quartex Intuition and Moodle, and partner with site leaders to strengthen workforce capability

Qualifications

• Experience in training governance, compliance, learning systems or training coordination.
• Exposure to INX/Quartex Intuition, Moodle or similar LMS.
• A sound understanding of compliance frameworks and WHS requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Experience within mining, resources, heavy industry, governance, compliance, banking or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience with Articulate Rise or e-learning systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across training governance and competency systems
• Ensure legislative, regulatory and company training requirements are effectively maintained
• Support and optimise training platforms including INX/Quartex Intuition and learning management systems
• Improve the quality, accuracy and integrity of site training records and compliance processes
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders across site to strengthen workforce capability and compliance outcomes
• Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement through effective training governance
