Job summary

Evolution Mining in New South Wales is seeking a hands-on Trainer Assessor to lead onboarding, training and competency development across our Cowal Gold Operations workforce. You will help employees build the skills they need to work safely and effectively, supporting a culture of high performance.

Working a 5:2/4:3 residential roster at Cowal, you’ll contribute to safe operations while enjoying regional NSW living.

Qualifications

Experience delivering training, inductions, coaching, mentoring or competency assessments.
Familiarity with INX/Quartex Intuition or similar training management systems is advantageous.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Build workforce capability through onboarding, training and competency development programs.
Deliver engaging one-on-one, field-based and group training across operational teams.
Conduct competency assessments and verification activities to support safe, productive work practices.
Support development of training systems, records and compliance requirements.
Partner with leaders to strengthen skills, knowledge and performance.
Promote a strong safety culture through practical coaching in the field.
