Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking a Training Advisor to shape governance and compliance across a major operation. You’ll ensure training requirements are met and improve competency systems, while supporting safe, productive performance on site.

Reporting to the Senior Training Advisor, you’ll work with leaders across Cowal Gold Operations on governance, data integrity and learning platforms. Regional NSW living benefits and flexible arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in training governance, compliance, learning systems or training coordination
• Exposure to INX/Quartex Intuition, Moodle or similar learning management systems
• A sound understanding of compliance frameworks and WHS requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Experience within mining, resources, heavy industry, governance, compliance, banking or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded
• Experience with Articulate Rise or e-learning systems would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across training governance and competency systems
• Ensure legislative, regulatory and company training requirements are effectively maintained
• Support and optimise training platforms including INX/Quartex Intuition and learning management systems
• Improve the quality, accuracy and integrity of site training records and compliance processes
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders across site to strengthen workforce capability and compliance outcomes
• Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement through effective training governance
