Evolution Mining invites applications for a Senior Training Advisor at Cowal Gold Operations. You will lead training, competency and workforce development across Cowal, shaping training frameworks and compliance to lift performance.

Qualifications

Leadership experience with the ability to mentor, coach and develop high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of training compliance, competency-based frameworks and relevant legislation.
Experience within mining, resources or heavy industry environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve the Cowal Mine Training Scheme and learning systems to support operational excellence.
Drive workforce capability through training needs analysis, competency development and strategic training initiatives.
Ensure training compliance aligns with legislative requirements, site expectations and safety management systems.
Mentor and develop a team of Training Advisors and Trainer Assessors to enhance capability and performance.
Influence leaders across the business to strengthen workforce competency, engagement and continuous improvement outcomes.
