Job summary

The Reject Shop is seeking a Training & Engagement Specialist to shape learning, communications and engagement across Stores, Distribution Centres and Store Support Centre.

You will coordinate national compliance training, support engagement surveys and onboarding experiences, and create engaging learning content while managing WorkJam activities. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Technology and People & Culture to grow capability and keep teams informed as we expand to 700 stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, learning & development or employee engagement.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Experience coordinating training programs, onboarding activities or compliance learning initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across a large, multi-site organisation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and creating engaging digital content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and improving national compliance training programs from creation to reporting and tracking.
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives including surveys and action planning with leaders.
• Managing and enhancing store onboarding programs for consistent new starter experiences.
• Creating clear and engaging communications, learning content and resources for employees.
• Owning day-to-day management of WorkJam and supporting learning engagement platforms.
• Partnering with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Technology and People & Culture on projects.
