Xenontech is seeking a friendly and motivated Desktop/Network Support - Field Services Technician to join our team serving NSW public schools. You’ll be the reliable face of IT support across multiple sites, solving problems on site and building trust with Principals, Teachers and staff.

You’ll receive on-the-job training and IT certifications (Certificate III and IV) as part of your full-time role, with opportunities to develop a long-term career in IT.

Look no further than Xenontech! We're the number one IT service provider for NSW public schools, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Desktop/Network Support - Field Services Technician.

In this role, you'll be the friendly, trusted face of tech support for our schools, working closely with Principals, Teachers, and Admin staff. You'll manage your own patch of schools and be trusted to solve problems on the spot, experiencing different schools, different people, and different challenges week to week. If you genuinely enjoy connecting with people as much as solving technical problems, this role is built for you.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Enjoy solving problems and figuring things out

Are comfortable talking to Principals, Teachers, and school staff

Don’t mind driving between different sites day to day

Are punctual, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
