Job summary

Centrix Solutions in Sydney is launching an IT Helpdesk Traineeship designed for young tech enthusiasts eager to start an IT career. As an IT Helpdesk Trainee, you will remotely assist clients via phone, email and remote access solutions while you study.

Participants will pursue a Certificate III or IV in Information Technology through TAFE at the same time as gaining full-time work experience at our Artarmon Head Office. We value curiosity, strong communication and a client-centric mindset.
