Job summary

Right Hand IT Solutions is seeking a Junior Onsite Field Installer to support clients across Sydney. This role involves travelling to merchant sites, installing and upgrading computer equipment, and providing on-site customer training. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided.

You should be self-motivated with excellent organisation and customer service skills, ready to start immediately, and hold a current driving licence. Five-day workweeks and full-time hours apply.

We are a professional, fast paced company that provides field support to some of Australia's largest organisations.

Currently we have 18 full time field technicians and an ever increasing volume of work.

We are looking for technically minded, well presented, energetic, can-do individuals with outstanding customer service skills to provide services across all areas of Sydney.

If you are self motivated, highly organised, can work efficiently on your own and have a strong work ethic then this may be the role for you.

As an Field Installer you will be responsible for:

• Installing, Upgrading, Replacing and De-Installing computers and terminals at merchant sites and in the workshop.
• Providing on-site training to Customers.
• Providing superior technical analysis and customer service.
• PC or phone installation/repair experience an advantage but not essential.
• Experience driving in Sydney CBD highly advantageous.
• Technical / IT qualifications are not required, but are highly advantageous.
• Field service, practical IT, or technical service experience is preferred.
• Proactive, highly organised with a focus on customer service.
• Proven experience working autonomously.

Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

EXPERIENCE DRIVING IN CBD A GREAT ADVANTAGE

MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATLY

MUST HAVE CURRENT DRIVERS LICENCE.

FULL TIME JOB ONLY MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FIVE DAYS.
