Job summary

Mid Coast Automotive Group in Taree, NSW, is seeking a motivated Trainee Service Advisor to join our award-winning, multi-franchise dealership. You will be the first point of contact for service customers, delivering a positive and professional experience.

About the Role

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for service customers and play a key role in delivering a positive and professional service experience. Your duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting service customers
• Communicating vehicle concerns and repair requirements
• Preparing parts and labour quotations
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Preparing invoices and closing repair orders
