Job summary

Reef City Motors, part of the Tony White Group, is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our busy, multi-franchise dealership and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service journey. The successful applicant will greet customers, coordinate workshop activities, prepare estimates, and maintain solid relationships with customers and technicians.

Experience is valued but not essential; a current Australian driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Inform customers throughout the service process.
• Identify additional maintenance opportunities where appropriate.
• Handle enquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person.
• Process warranty claims and maintain service records.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Reef City Motors is a busy, dynamic, multi-franchise dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and automotive solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor.

This role is ideal for a professional, driven, and results-oriented team player who enjoys building relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the success of a high-performing dealership. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the service process, coordinating workshop activities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle servicing and repair requirements
• Schedule service bookings and effectively manage daily workshop workflow
• Prepare accurate service estimates and clearly explain recommended work
• Liaise with Service Technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Identify and recommend additional maintenance and service opportunities where appropriate
• Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Process warranty claims and maintain accurate service records using dealership management systems
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is highly regarded but not essential
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Sound computer skills and experience using dealership management systems (desirable)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (required)
