Job summary

Clintons Toyota in Campbelltown, NSW is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our friendly team. You will identify, source, and supply the right parts for vehicles, supporting customers and the service team.

The role offers on-site work, training, and opportunities to grow in automotive parts. A valid NSW driver’s licence, good communication, and data entry skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you will support our customers and service team by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the right parts for vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

Greet customers and assess their automotive parts needs. Provide recommendations and solutions based on their vehicle specifications and requirements.

Utilise parts catalogues and databases to identify and locate the correct parts and accessories.

Accurately process parts orders, including special orders and backorders. Ensure timely delivery and follow‑up.

Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing reorders, and keeping the parts area organised.

Offer technical support and advice to customers and service technicians on parts and repair procedures.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory changes.

What You’ll Bring
