Cushman & Wakefield in Sydney is offering a 12-month Trainee Property Coordinator traineeship within Integrated Facilities Management. The program provides rotation across multiple disciplines, hands-on exposure to facilities management, property management, leasing, procurement, finance, sustainability and safety.

Ideal for students currently undertaking tertiary studies in property, real estate or facilities management, with strong communication, problem solving, and data skills; proficiency

About the Role

Ready to kick-start your career in the commercial real estate industry? We're looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Property Coordinator to join our Integrated Facilities Management team. This unique development opportunity will provide exposure across multiple service lines, allowing you to rotate through different areas of the business while learning from experienced professionals. You'll gain hands-on experience across facilities management, property management, leasing, procurement, finance, sustainability and health & safety, building a strong foundation for a successful long-term career in the industry. Your CV demonstrates your passion for the property industry

Currently undertaking tertiary studies in property, real estate or facilities management

Excellent problem solving capability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Comfortable working with data, systems and reporting

Competent with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
