Job summary

Toshiba Australia is seeking a motivated Trainee Customer Service Technician to join our Service team in ACT. Qualifications

• Mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Comfortable with software, operating systems and network basics.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the provided training plan in workshop and field settings.
• Assemble and configure Multi‑Functional Devices and run tests.
• Participate in fieldwork at least one day per month.
• Train customers on equipment usage and assist with installations on customer networks.
• Run test prints and complete onsite customer repairs where needed.
• Learn fault diagnosis by asking discovery questions.
