Job summary

Toshiba Australia is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician for Multifunctional Photocopiers & Printers to service clients north of Brisbane from our Eight Mile Plains HQ. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment, diagnose issues, and deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic service department.

The role requires hands-on field service, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with a proactive team to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in servicing and repairing multifunctional photocopiers and printers.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with office equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to photocopiers and printers.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance.
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field service role.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining multifunctional photocopiers and printers at client sites.
• Diagnosing hardware and software issues and providing timely and effective technical solutions.
