Kyocera Document Solutions Australia, Canberra-based, invites applications for a Junior / Trainee Field Service Technician & Valet (ACT). This entry-level role is ideal for a recent TAFE graduate or someone starting in technical services, with comprehensive hands-on training provided.

You will learn installation, service, and repair of Kyocera's digital multifunction devices and printers, along with proactive on-site maintenance and basic software configurations.

Formación

• Foundation in electronics, mechanics and IT.
• No prior field experience required.
• Good verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Repairs: Learn installation, service and repair of Kyocera digital multifunction devices and printers.
• Proactive Valet Care: Manage onsite machine maintenance including paper and toner replenishment and cleaning.
• Software & Systems: Train on specialized applications, network configurations and software troubleshooting.
