Toshiba Australia is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to service and repair multifunctional photocopiers and printers across client sites north of Brisbane. The role is field-based, with a company vehicle, full training, and a supportive team in the service department based at Eight Mile Plains, QLD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and repairing multifunctional photocopiers and printers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with office equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to photocopiers and printers.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance.
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field service role.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain multifunctional photocopiers and printers at client sites.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide timely, effective technical solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally.
