Goodstart Early Learning in Young, NSW, is offering a Fixed Term Full-Time Traineeship as a Trainee Educator. You will work towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while supporting children and families in a warm, collaborative team.

Under supervision from our Centre Leadership Team, you'll gain hands-on experience in early learning, develop classroom skills, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifikationen

• Eligible for Traineeship: no previous Cert/Diploma completed outside secondary school in last 7 years.
• Willingness to study toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Permanent right to work in Australia.

You will achieve this by:

• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
• Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
• Contributing to a professional and positive work culture

To be eligible for a Traineeship, you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificateother than in childcare will still be eligible.

In addition, you must have:

• The willingness and motivation to study towards aCertificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
• A permanent right to work in Australia
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Interest in early years education
• Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
• Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and RubellaandWhooping Cough (Pertussis)(or be willing to receive)
